Who we can see
Appointments are for adults aged 18 and over. All initial consultations are face to face at Goring Hall Hospital. We do not provide pregnancy care, controlled drugs or home visits. The service is not suitable for ongoing management of severe or complex mental-health conditions.
Emergencies and urgent care
This is not an emergency or crisis service. Call 999 in an emergency. Contact NHS 111 when you need urgent medical advice.
Your NHS GP
We routinely communicate with your NHS GP to support safe, consistent care. This is normally a condition of treatment. If you have a good reason for concern, discuss it with us before your consultation. We may be unable to treat or prescribe where withholding information would create a safety or continuity-of-care risk.
Prescriptions and tests
A private prescription permits a pharmacy to supply medication; the pharmacy charges separately for the medicine. Blood tests, imaging and other investigations are charged separately by Goring Hall Hospital.
Insurance
You will be charged by Cambridge Medical Partners. Check independently whether your insurer will reimburse you. We do not seek insurer authorisation, submit claims or manage insurance administration.
Reports and medicals
Contact us before booking an occupational-health medical or insurance report so we can confirm whether we can help.
